What to do with your old videos? Don’t throw them away. Get a DVD recorder and convert them into DVDs! Simple answer. Why waste all your old videos when you can watch them on DVD? I have TONS of videos, great ones – you forget how many cool films came out when VCRs were still in household existence.

And your DVD recorder tapes cable and everything – it’s great! It basically means you don’t have to buy all the DVDs you want – you can just tape them. Mind you, I prefer to buy originals of all my favourite series and films, but if there’s something on TV that I need to record, I can just stick a black disc in and it tapes it which is especially good if you then want to give the disc to someone else. Hurrah for the DVD recorder!
