Download the youtube movie you want to incorporate in your power point presentation. Save it on your hard disk and change the format if you want. Usually, these are available in flash video file format. However you can convert it into windows media video file, movie file or windows video file. Firstly, you have to click on the presentation document where you plan to insert the movie clip. Go to the insert menu and select the ‘movie from file’ option in ‘Movies and Sounds’. Choose the saved youtube file and click yes on the dialogue box asking whether it should run the movie automatically or not. Your presentation is ready for use.
